What is MIA software?
MIA is an AI-powered conversational assistant designed to query, analyze, and leverage your company’s internal data securely and efficiently.
Built on a RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architecture, MIA retrieves information directly from your business documents and data sources — including PDFs, databases, knowledge bases, and enterprise files — to generate accurate, context-aware responses in real time.
Fully deployed on-premise, MIA ensures complete data privacy and sovereignty, with no information ever sent to external cloud services or third-party AI providers. This makes it an ideal solution for organizations requiring secure, compliant, and fully self-hosted generative AI infrastructure.
What is a custom AI API?
A custom AI API is an interface that allows businesses to integrate generative AI capabilities directly into their existing tools and workflows, outside of the MIA interface. It can be connected to enterprise software such as ERP systems, CRMs, IDEs, internal platforms, or any other business application.
This private AI API enables advanced features such as content generation, data analysis, summarization, translation, intelligent automation, and automated data processing. It can also be used to build AI-driven workflows and integrations between applications using automation platforms like n8n.
Unlike generic AI APIs such as those provided by OpenAI or Mistral AI, a custom local AI API is specifically optimized for your business requirements, infrastructure, and operational constraints. This approach provides greater flexibility, improved cost control, enhanced performance, and stronger data privacy through fully on-premise deployment.
The API is entirely tailored to your needs, including the selection of AI models, reasoning capabilities, response speed, scalability, and infrastructure sizing based on the number of users and expected workloads.
Which AI models are used?
At Artemia, we take a model-agnostic approach to artificial intelligence. We continuously monitor the AI ecosystem and select the most advanced and efficient models available on the market, regardless of the vendor or provider. Our decisions are based on rigorous internal and external benchmarking processes conducted throughout both testing and production environments.
For our clients, this means their AI infrastructure continuously evolves alongside the latest advancements in generative AI. As soon as a more powerful, faster, or better-suited model becomes available, we can seamlessly upgrade their solution to maintain state-of-the-art performance — without additional licensing costs or vendor lock-in.

How much does it cost to deploy a custom AI solution?
Our pricing model is designed to be simple, transparent, and predictable, with a two-phase approach.
First, there is an initial investment covering project scoping, AI customization, technical deployment, integration, and team training.
Second, we apply a fixed monthly subscription that includes unlimited use of the solution, continuous updates (including AI models and platform features), maintenance, and ongoing support.
Unlike traditional AI platforms that charge per user or based on token consumption, our flat-rate model enables unlimited usage, complete cost predictability, and high flexibility regarding the number of users — both for MIA and for our custom AI APIs.
For MIA, pricing starts from €5 per user per month.
For our custom local AI API, pricing typically ranges between €100 and €150 per month for the entire company, with no usage or volume limitations.

How to try the solution?
Because our solutions are fully customized AI systems rather than standardized SaaS products, we do not offer a traditional free trial. Each deployment is specifically designed around your company’s infrastructure, business requirements, and use cases to ensure optimal performance and long-term value.
Our process begins with an initial consultation to better understand your operational challenges, technical environment, and AI objectives. We then provide a demonstration of the solution, either using generic use cases or, when relevant, directly on your own documents, datasets, and workflows to showcase the concrete business value of the platform. In most cases, this phase is conducted under a signed NDA to guarantee full confidentiality and data security.
To ensure complete flexibility and minimize risk, every deployment also includes a three-month exit clause, allowing you to validate the solution in real-world conditions before making a long-term commitment.
