- Local deployment
- On your servers, inside your walls. No third party reaches your documentation — Artemia no more than anyone else: no copy, no key, no standing remote access.
- Backups
- Regular backups of the MIA database — conversations, document index, configuration — following the retention policy you set.
- Redundancy
- Hardware redundancy on critical components: a failed disk or power supply does not stop the service.
- Authentication
- SSO login, backed by your directory. A joiner or a leaver is handled where you already handle them.
- Administration
- A dedicated console: accounts, groups, permissions per document base, licences and assistant settings.
- Usage statistics
- Queries, documents added, active users: enough to measure real adoption and support the people who use it least.
- Isolation
- Every user works in a sealed space: neither their conversations nor their documents are visible to colleagues.
- Compliance
- GDPR end to end, outside the scope of the Cloud Act, and compliant with the EU AI Act.
