Internal HR assistant

Answers to employees’ questions, sourced from your agreements and internal rules.

The need
Leave, remote work, health cover, expenses, working time: the same questions come back every week, and the answers are scattered across collective agreements, company agreements and internal rules.
With MIA
An HR assistant fed with these documents answers in plain language, quotes the exact passage it relies on and refers special cases to the HR team.
What changes
Immediate, consistent answers for everyone, and an HR team that focuses on support rather than information requests.
How it works
  1. 1An employee’s question
  2. 2Search in your HR agreements
  3. 3Sourced answer
  4. 4Special case passed to HR
ConfidentialityHR documents and employees’ questions, sometimes very personal, never leave your server. Permissions follow your directory.
CostOpen to every employee with no per-seat licence: unlimited use does not change the bill.
02 · MIA · IT

IT support assistant

First-level support, available around the clock, plugged into your procedures.

The need
Passwords, VPN, printers, application access: support is swamped by simple requests while complex incidents wait.
With MIA
Plugged into your procedures and knowledge base, the assistant guides users step by step. If it cannot solve the problem, it prepares a qualified ticket with the diagnosis already done.
What changes
First-level requests handled autonomously, better-qualified tickets and an IT team refocused on real incidents.
How it works
  1. 1A user’s request
  2. 2Procedures and knowledge base
  3. 3Step-by-step resolution
  4. 4Qualified ticket if needed
ConfidentialityNetwork diagrams, configurations and security procedures stay inside your infrastructure: nothing is exposed to a third-party service.
CostEach request handled by the assistant costs nothing extra, whatever the volume.

Tender response assistant

Analyse, filter, estimate the workload and draft: a tender response prepared in hours.

The need
Every tender file means dozens of pages to read before even knowing whether to bid. Then the effort must be estimated and the technical proposal written, often in a rush.
With MIA
The assistant analyses the file, extracts requirements and criteria, helps decide whether to bid, estimates the internal workload from your past projects, then drafts a first technical proposal from your references.
What changes
More tenders reviewed, better bid/no-bid decisions, and teams that spend their time on differentiation rather than compilation.
How it works
  1. 1Tender file imported
  2. 2Analysis and bid decision
  3. 3Internal workload estimate
  4. 4Technical proposal drafted
ConfidentialityYour prices, client references and methods, your competitive edge, never leave your infrastructure.
CostAnalysing one more file costs nothing more: enough to screen every tender on the market.
04 · MIA · Key accounts

One assistant per client account

All the knowledge of a key account, its contracts and history, in a dedicated assistant.

The need
On a key account, information is scattered: contracts, amendments, minutes, emails, service commitments. A new team member takes weeks to find their way.
With MIA
Each strategic account gets its own assistant, fed with its own documents. The team asks questions (“what does the contract say about penalties?”, “what did we promise at the last steering committee?”) and gets sourced answers.
What changes
Teams that know the client inside out, handovers without loss of information, and commitments kept.

And the same principle works per project, per site, per branch or per point of sale.

How it works
  1. 1The client’s contracts and minutes
  2. 2Assistant dedicated to the account
  3. 3The team’s questions
  4. 4Sourced answers
ConfidentialityEach assistant only sees its own client’s documents: compartmentalisation is complete, and nothing leaves your server.
CostAs many assistants as accounts, at no extra cost: the licence covers the server, not the number of assistants.

Product catalogue assistant

Product sheets, catalogues and stock: the right technical and commercial answer to every question.

The need
Sales reps, technical sales and after-sales staff constantly look for a specification, a compatibility or an equivalent reference in catalogues hundreds of pages long.
With MIA
The assistant knows your product sheets and catalogues and can be connected to your stock levels. It answers before and after the sale: specifications, compatibility, alternatives, availability.
What changes
Accurate answers in seconds, sales reps more autonomous on technical topics and faster after-sales service.
How it works
  1. 1Product sheets and catalogues
  2. 2Connection to stock levels
  3. 3A client’s or rep’s question
  4. 4Answer with reference and availability
ConfidentialityYour prices, margins and stock levels stay with you, with no transit through an external service.
CostThe whole sales force and after-sales team use it with no meter and no individual licence.

Automatic order entry into the ERP

Purchase orders read by vision, checked and entered into the ERP, with no re-keying.

The need
Orders arrive by email, as PDFs or scans, all in different formats. Sales administration re-keys them by hand into the ERP, with the risk of error that entails.
With the API
An n8n workflow picks up each order, has it read by a vision (OCR) model through the API, matches items and client against your master data, then creates the order in the ERP. Doubtful cases are flagged for review.
What changes
Orders entered in seconds, fewer errors and a team focused on client relationships.

How it works
  1. 1Order received (email, PDF, scan)
  2. 2Read by vision and OCR
  3. 3Checks and matching
  4. 4Order created in the ERP
ConfidentialityYour clients’ documents are read on your server: no order and no price goes through an external recognition service.
CostNo cost per page or per document: volume can double without the bill moving.

Quotes and invoices generated, validated by a human

A quote prepared from the request, your price list and your past offers, then validated before sending.

The need
Every quote request means rereading the request, finding the right products and prices, drawing on similar offers and formatting: repetitive work that delays the reply to the client.
With the API
An n8n workflow analyses the request, draws on your product and price list and on reference past offers, then prepares the quote or invoice. A team member reviews and validates it before anything is sent.
What changes
Quotes sent faster and more consistently, without ever losing human control over what reaches the client.
  • n8n
  • Price list
  • Human validation
How it works
  1. 1Request received
  2. 2Price list and reference offers
  3. 3Quote prepared
  4. 4Human validation and sending
ConfidentialityYour price list and past offers stay inside your information system.
CostThe number of quotes generated has no effect on cost: no usage-based billing.

Generate, review and retro-document code

VS Code, Claude Code and your development tools plugged into your own models.

The need
Development teams want a coding assistant, but source code is one of the company’s most sensitive assets. And legacy applications often lack documentation.
With the API
IDE extensions (VS Code, JetBrains) and Claude Code plug into the local API. Developers generate code, have their changes reviewed and produce documentation for existing applications, without changing tools.
What changes
Faster developers, more systematic reviews and an application estate finally documented.
  • VS Code
  • JetBrains
  • Claude Code

How it works
  1. 1Local code repository
  2. 2Generation and review
  3. 3Retro-documentation
  4. 4Review by the developer
ConfidentialitySource code never leaves the workstation or the server: nothing is sent to a third-party vendor.
CostNo per-developer licence and no token counting: the assistant serves the whole team.

A conversational assistant on your website or app

Trained on your content and tone, it answers your users around the clock and hands over when needed.

The need
Take a local authority: residents and visitors always ask the same questions (opening hours, procedures, documents required, events), often outside opening hours.
With the API
The API adds a conversational assistant to the website or mobile app. We fine-tune the model on your content and tone. It answers common questions at any hour and hands over to a human agent when needed.
What changes
Residents informed immediately, including evenings and weekends, and agents available for the requests that matter.

Summarise client history in the CRM before every meeting

Advisers who walk into every meeting knowing the whole history of the relationship.

The need
Before a meeting, an adviser has to reread months of exchanges: emails, call notes, minutes. Short of time, they often arrive with a partial view.
With the API
The API is plugged into the CRM. Before each meeting, it summarises past exchanges with the client: open points, requests made, commitments given, topics to raise. A case deployed at one of our clients.
What changes
Better-prepared, more relevant meetings, and clients who feel known.

  4. 4A more relevant meeting
